2.3 Each individual may hold only one winrup account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
2.4 winrup reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending resolution.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winrup login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party, including family members.
3.2 You must notify winrup immediately via live chat or the support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. winrup will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the winrup cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the account and in the player's verified name. winrup reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined at the platform's discretion.

4.5 Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the winrup account. Players must ensure the correct amount is entered before confirming a JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction.
5.1 winrup may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional benefits from time to time. Each promotion will be governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed alongside the promotion. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
5.2 Bonuses credited to a winrup account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, game weightings, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 winrup reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has attempted to abuse or exploit a promotional offer. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to, using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or employing automated betting strategies.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
6.1 All games available on winrup — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7.1 winrup offers sports betting markets including cricket (PSL, Pakistan internationals, T20, Test matches), football, UFC, boxing, and other international sports. Market availability, betting rules, and settlement procedures are governed by the Sports Betting Rules published separately on the platform.
7.2 All odds offered by winrup are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked and cannot be changed by either party.
7.3 winrup reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error has occurred, where insider information has been used, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Settlement of all bets is at winrup's sole discretion.
8.1 winrup is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools within every player account. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.
8.2 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you should activate the self-exclusion feature in your account settings immediately. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and can be set for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winrup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.
10.2 winrup's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction of the winrup platform. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be referred to the winrup internal dispute resolution process. Players dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal process may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body.
11.2 Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms must be commenced within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this limitation period will be rejected.
